How many days for advance orders?
3-5 working days for the advance orders for us to have ample to prepare and check stocks if available or not.
Can the customers return or exchange the items?
NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY. We ensure quality and proper handling of products to avoid wastages/damages of the products.
When is your delivery/pick up schedule of orders?
Every Saturday of the week is the schedule of the delivery/pick up of orders.
What time will be the cut off of orders?
9:45am will be the cut off time of orders. Beyond the said time will be entertained on the next delivery/pick up schedule.
Is it FREE SHIPPING/ DELIVERY?
Buyers will shoulder the freight/delivery charges.
How do I track my order?
If via bus, we send you the bus #, contact number(s) of the conductor and the plate number of the bus or the ticket number. If via van, we send you the case #, plate number, contact number of the driver/conductor, name of the driver/conductor of the van.
What is the payment method?
Send the payment thru palawan express padala.
What are your delivery options?
It is either via van or bus. If via bus I have to declare a certain value and it is very costly on the sellers part. If van, it is cheaper compare to bus and very fast for the item to be receive by the buyer.
Is it Cash on Delivery (COD)?
NO COD. Payment first policy to avoid unwanted changes.
